Sec have reason to wear sec winter boots while they have jackboots? |
Uh… no. They dont and never have, because security winter boots are just normal boots whereas jackboots fit a weapon and have a injury slowdown resistance. This PR does not buff security winter boots, though I guess I could if people wanted it? |

Security sometimes wears winter boots to counter atmospheric issues and survive in a spaced area for 1% longer, it is a real tradeoff (as far as the meta is concerned that is). As for this PR, I guess it's fine? I like the general uniqueness of security combat boots having their 50% slowdown decrease, however considering jackboots are rare maints spawns I guess it's good to give the tiders a little treat here and there. But it was still really nice to steal boots from secoffs otherwise. |

Wasn't the entire point of giving jackboots the 50% damage slowdown resist to give security a bit more of a chance against nukies? |

if nukies are not buying no slips they will lose this doesnt buff nukies and will make the boots for security loadouts follow the same logic. |
Simply gives security the option to wear combat boots if they like it better asthetically |
About the PR
Added the jackboot's injury slowdown resistance effect to combat and merc boots.
Why / Balance
The three military boots should be functionally identical and theres no reason for the NT security spesific ones to have a unique bonus.
