What

Load default config defaults (~/.config/stellar/config.toml) into env vars.

$ stellar keys use alice
ℹ️ The default source account is set to `alice`

$ stellar network use testnet
ℹ️ The default network is set to `testnet`

$ stellar env
STELLAR_ACCOUNT=alice   # use
STELLAR_NETWORK=testnet # use

$ STELLAR_NETWORK=futurenet stellar env
STELLAR_ACCOUNT=alice     # use
STELLAR_NETWORK=futurenet # env

$ STELLAR_NETWORK_SOURCE=what STELLAR_NETWORK=futurenet stellar env
STELLAR_ACCOUNT=alice     # use

Why

So we can use the values set by stellar network use and stellar keys use.
