fix ingress to use global scope for helper templates

Currently, enabling the ingress fails with:

helm template -f charts/trino/ci/enable-ingress-values.yaml charts/trino/
Error: template: trino/charts/trino/templates/ingress.yaml:33:25: executing "trino/charts/trino/templates/ingress.yaml" at <include "trino.fullname" .>: error calling include: template: trino/charts/trino/templates/_helpers.tpl:15:14: executing "trino.fullname" at <.Values.fullnameOverride>: nil pointer evaluating interface {}.fullnameOverride

because within the range loop https://github.com/trinodb/charts/blob/main/charts/trino/templates/ingress.yaml#L28, . refers to the current loop element, not the global scope $.

Also added test-values in charts/trino/ci which should be picked up by chart-testing (https://github.com/helm/chart-testing/blob/main/doc/ct_install.md#synopsis).
