Drop testing with unsupported Redis version #21431

Per https://redis.io/docs/about/releases/ only two major releases prior to the current one are considered supported. As of this writing, the latest version is 7.2, to 5.x is the oldest still supported version.

I think we should reflect that in the docs somehow. Currently it still says Redis 2.8.0 or higher (Redis Cluster is not supported) .. which is probably wrong now.

Any suggestions on what we should say ?

@mosabua good point. let's replace 2.8.0 with eg 5.0
