Problem Statement

In previous years, we had fewer students in the internship program, allowing each student to give a 10-minute presentation. Based on these presentations, we were able to assign individual grades. However, this time we have about 20 students, which would make the meeting 200 minutes long if each student presents for 10 minutes. Our scheduled meeting is only from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM, a total of 195 minutes. We also need time for breaks, feedback, and sprint planning.

This means we need to change how we conduct presentations and determine grades for each student. One suggestion from the students was to provide a written summary of their work for review before the meeting, which we estimated would take around 20 minutes per student. This would amount to 400 minutes, or 6 hours and 40 minutes, which is not feasible on the Monday before the meeting. Therefore, we need to find an alternative solution.

Definition of Done

Create a new sprint review meeting schedule that enables individual grades, but also ensures that we do not take longer than our designated time spot.
