Detailed Description

The distance to objects that are not detected by a lidar ray can't be measured.
Adding radar data to the distance calculation might complete the missing data.
Adding a second lidar could increase the density of measurement points. That might reduce the chance of missing data as well.
A second lidar could also be used to increase the field of view, or to increase the accuracy of the measured distances by reducing the sensors frequency.
