Resolves issue #286.
Addresses the suggestion of increasing the contrast of the inactive tab on individual project pages (i.e., the overview and README tabs) in issue #287. I made this change in this PR because something about refactoring the ShadCN components resulted in a grey band appearing behind the text of the inactive tab in light theme mode. I needed to add a background color, rather than setting the background transparent, to fix this, so I thought I might as well give it a color other than the page background color to respond to the other issue.
