Overview of Views

Knowledge offers multiple views, each designed to display your Projects and Sources in a distinct manner, catering to different user preferences and needs. The available views are:

  • Inbox View
  • Graph View
  • Project View
  • Table View
  • Grid View
  • Calendar View
  • Chat View

Inbox View

The Inbox View serves as the starting point for newly imported Sources. All Sources remain in the Inbox until they are assigned to a Project or Subproject. In this view, you can preview each Source, chat with it directly, and assign it to the appropriate Project or Subproject. image

Graph View

The Graph View provides a visual representation of your Project hierarchy. It displays Projects connected to their Subprojects and Sources, allowing you to see the relationships between them. You can click or right-click on individual Projects or Sources to view more information or interact with them. You can also hold Shift and drag over several nodes in the graph to select multiples. Finally, the graph view offers the ability to search for Sources in the graph in a visually appealing way. image

Table View

In the Table View, all inherited Sources are displayed in a sortable and filterable table format. This view is particularly useful for users who prefer a detailed, text-based overview of their Sources. You can customize the table by choosing which columns to display, enabling you to focus on the information most relevant to your needs. You can also double click on a row in the table to view a Sources details, or right click on it for additional actions. image

Grid View

The Grid View presents all inherited Sources as rows of cards, each displaying a thumbnail and actions for the associated Source. This visually appealing layout is ideal for users who want a quick glance at their Sources, with the option to interact with each Source directly from its card. You can also double click on the card to view a Sources details, or right click on it for additional actions. image

Calendar View

The Calendar View offers a timeline for your active Project and all inherited Sources. This view is particularly useful for tracking your progress and managing deadlines, as it allows you to see when each Source was created, accessed, or updated. By offering a chronological perspective, the Calendar View helps you stay organized and on top of your work. You can also click on an event in the calendar to view a Sources details or perform actions. image

Chat View

The Chat View is a recent addition to Knowledge, enabling users to communicate with agents representing their Sources and Projects. Source agents can extract text from the Source, provide summaries, extract key topics, and recommend related Sources. Project agents review conversations between Source agents and users to guide the learning process and suggest next steps. You can right click on a chat message to perform various actions. image
