Project Report for Sprint 2

Sprint 2 posed quite a challenge from team 12. It was easier to implement and work using AGILE principles. This deliverable posed quite a challenge for us because one of our teammates withdrew from the course giving us no warning. His withdrawal quite late into the sprint, shifted the balance of work quite dramatically and we were initially struggling to distribute the workload, and manage time. This resulted in us not finishing the deliverable within the first deadline. However, with the extension things went down very smoothly. We could complete most of the tasks assigned to the team for this sprint. And the ones we couldn’t finish was only because of a time constraint, and the lack of time commitment from the team overall due to reading break. We did however manage to fix the communication we had in Sprint 1. The system we implemented worked perfectly, and the team productivity was up by most metrics. Everyone in the team played a key part in making sure the backlog of tasks were completed within the given personal deadlines. The incomplete tasks will be completed in time for the next deliverable. Everyone completed their work on time and things are looking very optimistic for the next sprint.
