Project Report for Sprint 3

Sprint 3 was incredibly challenging for team 12. This was because the contribution from one of our team members was significantly lower than expected. This was due to his wishes to withdraw from the course. However, his decision to withdraw fell through, and he did end up contributing to this sprint. This resulted in us not being able to finish the deliverable within our assigned personal deadlines.

Significant changes had to be made to the distribution of work. We completed most of the tasks assigned to the team for this sprint. We successfully implemented the web frontend and integrated our backend services. This portion took the majority of our time and efforts.

Team productivity was significantly improved for this sprint due to us individually having to do more work than we had to do in the previous sprints. We also had to work on a few issues that we could not close in the last sprint. We will hold a team meeting fairly soon to discuss how this sprint went for each team member, and to discuss about what we can improve on for the next deliverable
