About The Pull Request
I refactored a big chunk of the MOD chameleon module's code, to ensure it works properly and consistently - especially in the case of covert modsuits, which were completely broken due to the fact it could be equipped in multiple slots.

Why It's Good For The Game
It's nice when shit works - and this module being broken is really annoying for assault ops in particular if they want to be stealthy.
