Not a fan of this, clone husk victims can be restored with ordinary de-husking stuff. Personally i'm not a fan of cloners being the "solve every medical issue" solution anyway and this will just add to that even more. Sure it needs t4 parts but i still don't think it's a good change.

it should leave them permanently looking like a husk or something and with some debuffs since the machine is pulling together dna from thin fucking air
