Support Tool Definition for Summit Events

The Power of Us Hub is (or will be) the public facing site to the Open Source Tool (Summit Events) regarding community engagement with the intention of it being a space for:

* Central location for all Summit Events engagement
* Group engagement and conversations around product ideas and any issues experienced by those using the app
* Product Enhancement Requests
* Public requirement gathering and vetting of ideas for development
* Release Announcement and Schedules

Github is the public facing site for the Open Source Tool (Summit Events) regarding all development with the intention of it being a space for:

* Code Management
* Summit Events Core Code
* Formalized Development Roadmap
* Documentation for code and user functionality
* Items selected for enhancement (including requirements) and assigned developer/admin
* Backlogged items (with a Backlog label)

Metecho is a Heroku app that works with the Summit Events GitHub repository. It has its own GitHub repository. Metecho is the Summit Events web-based tool with the intention of it being used for:

* Creating short time Salesforce scratch orgs that have Summit Events pre-installed
* Admin and Developer collaboration on completing and testing project backlog tasks and issues
* Managing all in progress and completed changes, including development and testing efforts, status and notes

Asana is the Summit Events User Group’s project management tool for non-development efforts with the intention of tracking:

* Pre-GitHub project management
* Documented Requirements for future develop
* Marketing Efforts
* Presentation Work
* Task assignment that is not development focused
