Shifu 0.2.5 Deprecate hadoopJobParallel in shifuconfig

Before Shifu 0.2.5, as the data set size increases, user needs to specify 'hadoopJobParallel' value in 'shifuconfig'. It is not easy to tune this parameter. While in Shifu 0.2.5, user no need to set this parameter, such parameter will be tuned automatically as the data size increases.
