Really cool tool by Linux game porting company Feral. You can tweak many options such as:

• CPU governor
• I/O priority
• Process niceness
• Kernel scheduler (SCHED_ISO)
• Screensaver inhibiting
• GPU performance mode (NVIDIA and AMD), GPU overclocking (NVIDIA)
• Custom scripts for game launch and game end (EX: Stop the desktop compositor on game launch and resume it when the game quits or disable a second monitor and then enable)

USEGAMEMODERUN: set to 1 to start the game with gamemoderun
