Joerg opened the meeting;
(Joerg) SC-ON meeting in mid-march and will provide a report on the activities; INFCOM-3 in April but nothing particular from TT-WIGOSMD;
Secretariat briefing: (Anna) no progress on FT2024-1 due to preparation for INFCOM-3
Debriefing on recent recent hydrology workshops: (Johanna) workshops on capacity building; they are invited to give feedback on OSCAR/Surface; there is a report that will be introduced at INFCOM-3; they will have follow up meetings on how to work with this team and others for improvements on metadata; next step is to identify critical requirements; (Joerg) WMDR is missing the concept of a river basin and it may or may not be trivial to add; (Franziska) we have already tried to include the hydro requirements (like basin) into the requirements for OSCAR NextGen;

other news:
- (Joerg) there will be an OGC general assembly at the end of March and the OMS WG is preparing a session and WMDR is potentially mentioned; There will also be a presentation on I-Adopt and how it can be used in the context of OMS;
- (Joerg) NASA will be adopting the units table; (Gao) it's in progress;

Anna update issue templates: improve tags to clarify kind of change (addition, modification, deletion, editorial) and a step for downstream applications to review changes;
