About The Pull Request
This pr adds the new Rattus Norvegicus race that i have been working on. they are very weak but fast maint rat people.
rattus have thier own unique langauge called "Rattus French" it is a mix of screaming and french.
rattus are quite fast but take A LOT more damage from everything
rattus cannot wear the following.. shoes, neck items, uniforms, gloves, or backpacks.

the world of Voltaire is where the rattus originate from, one day a cargo ship that was full of cheese and wine crashed into the plannet of Voltaire the rattus saw this so like the cannibalistic fucks they are they walked over to the crashed cargo ship and began to eat all of the cargo ship personel (all of which were french mimes) and obsorbed thier dna causing the rattus to become smart and french. over the next 50 years they developed space travel and contacted nanotrasen.. then now is where the story begins with lil stuuert gettings hired by the big john nanotrasen to work at space station 13.
currently lack thier own sprites for worn things but those are to be added later and for now code offsets look fine
