As an endgame activity, dungeons have endgame worthy rewards!
Uniques are one of the strongest and most valuable gear rarities. They are dungeon dimension exclusive rewards. Every dungeon has a few possible uniques that can drop, as shown on the Delving GUI's possible rewards section. As you have multiple dungeons with different possible unique drops to choose from, you are given some control of the randomness of the game, allowing you to hunt items you desire.
Fabled is a step above unique grade, and these items are much rarer and only drop in higher tier dungeons. They are usually named after gods, holy domains, or legends.
Each dungeon rewards you with some pre-set rewards at completition. Completing a dungeon at the end of the Delve awards you a dungeon key and currencies to up that key's tier. As keys are extremely valuable, completing the whole delve session is a must for efficient farming.
