You are the last human on earth who hasn't been killed by the Mafia. They do not believe human have a place in this world, but he is feeling generous today. He asked what a simple human has to offer that would help the animals in their new empire. You, having only ever been an aspiring chef, lie and say you are the best chef in the world. Skeptical, the rhino mob boss considers your offer, and decided to give you a proposition:
- 5 days to prove to him that a human cannot just run a restaurant but make it a successful one. This will show that not only can you survive in this world, but you can also win over the animals.
He shows you the run-down restaurant that you need to work in and keep up to orders and keep animals happy. And he warns you, that each day, there he will take rent, and if he doesn't get the rent that he wants, then he will have to accept the fact that humans cannot live in this world and will put you in the ground with the rest of your kind.
The Rhino Mafia Boss comes to collect his rent after the first day Assuming you have enough money He is impressed with how well you did on your first day. Maybe there is hope for you yet. Because of how well you seemed to perform, he is giving you an opportunity. He and his gang have some left-over money that needs to be laundered, and a small human restaurant is the best place to push through some cash. The rhino boss has already notified the press about the opening of this new restaurant. So, there will be plenty of customers to hide some extra income through. If you accept, you will start the next day with some extra bit of cash, and wont need to worry as much about making the budget. But is this the right thing to do?
The local newspaper has found out about your restaurant (Surprise Surprise, I wonder who told them). The whole animal kingdom wants a chance to see a human somehow run a restaurant. It is called a reverse zoo, and a must-see phenomenon. The animals see your restaurant as a circus. This day, there will be more animals coming into your restaurant however they only want to taste the 2 favorite recipes ___
The rhino boss is impressed, you handled the influx of customers well, for a human. The restaurant is the talk of the town, everyone wants a piece of it even the boss himself. Tonight, he wants to hold a gambling night with his buddies. They stole some money from some small group of sheep, they don't need it more than I need fun. Will you hold this gambling night or is it wrong to give him a place to use his exploited winnings.
The local animal health inspector has looked into your kitchen and is disgusted at the state of the place. You go on a massive cleaning spree to make everything shiny and food safe. But this isn't enough. You need to pass a test, there will be 5 orders, that if not made exactly as ordered, you will get a fine of 5 coins. Is this exploiting his power so that he gets 5 perfect food items from your restaurants.
The Rhino Boss was not impressed that the health inspector was looking into his enterprise. He might not like you, but he hates anyone trying to ruin his fun. He knows the health inspector will come back tomorrow, and he wants you to put some poison in the meal. If you accept, the meal will automatically be poisoned when you make it. Do you take you anger out on the health inspector for having a stressful day, or do you not let a mob boss dictate who lives in the world or not.
The animal kingdom has had enough of humans. The humor has worn off and they are worried that humans are getting power back in the world. An animal riot starts outside your restaurant. You go out to calm them down, but they barge through the door and start breaking a heap of your stuff. You manage to calm them down but not before a couple of your machine get set on fire. Now you can try and put the fires out during the day, but you will have a lot of customers today that want to order too many items.
The Rhino Boss is becoming fond you a little. He always dealt with his stress through drugs and thinks that you could benefit as well. You will be able to work and cook faster than you otherwise could but are you willing to stoop that low.
The Rhino Boss is impressed with your progress. He has decided that he shouldn't be the one to decide if you live or die in this world, his beautiful little pumpkin should determine your fate. Her party will be held at your restaurant, and they will each come in with a party hat on. If you fail to make each of their orders perfectly, the Rhino boss will have no choice but to put you in a shallow grave, his daughter cannot be unhappy.
If you win. Then you have either a good or bad ending. PUT THAT HERE
If the player fails to meet the rental requirements, they will be shown their grave location:
“Ah, a human. You really think you can run a restaurant? I'll give you five days to prove it. Fail, and you join the others in the ground. Don’t get too comfortable, human. I’ll be watching.” (He walks away, leaving you in the rundown restaurant.)
“Good morning! Surprise, surprise! I hope you're ready. The whole animal kingdom has heard about your reverse zoo of a restaurant. A human running a restaurant? Its the story of the century.”
“A... reverse Zoo? Im sorry, what?”
"Thats right! Animals from all over are dying to see what this circus act of a restaurant is all about. You will be seeing some familiar faces, and some exotic ones too. They are all very curious. Dont be surprised if you see a few more animals than your first day
“Heard the health inspector gave you a hard time. Typical. If you mess up today, it’s five coins out of your pocket. Make those orders perfect or you'll be paying for it.”
“Five meals, five perfect orders. Any mistakes and you’ll pay for them. You better get it right.”
“Heh, seems like the animals are done laughing at you. They’re worried, and I don’t blame them. A riot’s brewing outside. Keep calm and serve the customers, or you’ll have more than just a fire to put out today.”
“It’s my daughter’s birthday. She’s the light of my life. Serve her friends perfectly or you’ll be joining the others. No mistakes, human. Her happiness is everything.”
“Not bad, human. You made enough to pay rent. Maybe there’s some hope for you. Here’s an offer—you wash some of my dirty money through your restaurant, and tomorrow you won’t need to stress about the budget. What do you say?”
“Not bad. You handled the crowd well. But tonight, I’ve got a favor. I need a place for some... gambling. Care to host? Might make things easier for you. Think about it.”
“I don’t like inspectors poking around. Tomorrow, we’ll get rid of him. Poison his food, and the problem’s solved. You in?”
“You’ve impressed me, human. But stress gets to all of us. Try some of my stuff—it’ll help you work faster. What do you say?”
“You failed, just like the rest. Looks like humans really don’t belong in this world anymore. Goodbye, human.”
