BREAKING CHANGES
This version removes the Engineer (mines)
role, and changes the Engineer (Explosives)
role to a generic Combat Engineer
role, removing the default set explosives. As such, all missions using engineer roles will break as arc_misc gets updated to reflect this change.
Mission makers are expected to tailor the engineer equipment to suit the mission. In the description.ext, there is an example of using import
to modify an existing repo loadout without manually editing the file.
Other changes
- Removed command short range radio from specialist teams. Mission makers are expected to create and assign them nets as needed.
- Medics given binoculars in example loadout
- All infantry roles given Entrenchment Tools, but removed from SMG for inheritance purposes (Vehicle crew, aircraft) in example loadout.
- Logi role added.
- Falcon renamed to Talon
- Renamed occurrences NATO/CSAT/AAF to BLUFOR/OPFOR/INDFOR
- Engineer team replaced by Logistics team. Mission makers are expected to swap them out as needed.
- Changed mission to use example_loadout by default instead of repo loadouts.
- Cableties added to all units
