Herbalism
Herbalism is an skill that adds various abilities to make the art of crop keeping more interesting.
Experience is gained through harvesting crops. Using a hoe will yield more experience. The type of the hoe will also provide yet another bonus, with a golden hoe offering the most experience (1.5* exp).
This ability is usable by everyone regardless of player's level. By default this should max out at the highest Herbalism level; 1000. This ability has a chance at doubling the drops from harvesting a fully grown crop. This caps at 50% at level 1000. More info to be added later
Farmers Diet is an ability that increases the amount of hunger crop based items will restore. At the first tier, the ability grants an extra half hunger bar when eating a crop based item. At the max tier, consuming a carrot will grant more hunger and saturation than steak by one half hunger tick. More info to be added later.
This ability gives players a chance to find items when harvesting crops. At the first level, the items found are fairly basic, ranging from cobble to clay. At the max tier, players can find items as rare as diamonds when harvesting crops and the more basic items will have a much low chance of appearing. More info will be added later.
Replanting is an ability that has a chance at replanting crops after harvesting them, without consuming a crop to place down. At the first tier there is a 10% chance of this occurring. Once reaching the max tier, a player has a 75% chance for Replanting to occur and the crop has a 33% chance at reaching up to its second stage of growth instantly. More info will be added later.
Mass Harvest is an ability that is activated by right clicking with a hoe and then mining a crop. This will harvest all fully grown crops in an upgradable radius and replant them. At the first tier, this area is a 3 by 3 square around the player with it being upgradable to a 19 by 19 diameter square. More info will be added later
This ability allows players to consume a flower instantly for a 3 second buff at the expense of half a hunger bar. This can be used until the player has 3 hunger bars left. At the base tier, only one flower is edible, the blue orchid. This offers a speed buff for the 3 second duration. Once reaching the fourth tier, all flowers are unlocked. Rose for strength, daisy for haste, orchid for speed and lilac for resistance. At the last tier, the ability grants a 50% chance for the buff to be an upgraded version. ex) Strength II. This ability has a slightly complex activation sequence. A player must right click with a hoe then bone meal a crop. This will then instantly grow all crops in an upgradable radius to their max state. At the first tier, this area is a 3 by 3 square around the player with it being upgradable to a 19 by 19 diameter square. More info will be added later
