Details of Use Cases (enabled as of now) (Visits)
As a user (mentor / monitor), I view a list of schools which I need to visit. I can click on a school to view its administrative & academic details, including the location and image of the school to be able to identify and reach at the right place. When a visit is completed, it is marked as done, and can refer to any pending visits from the past.

User clicks on the visits button on the home screen

User views a list of allocated schools to be visited

The schools that have not been visited in that month are shown first

User can also sort / filter the schools according to district, block, last visited etc.
As a user (mentor / monitor), I get recommendations for schools to be visited on priority based on parameters like those not covered in the past 1 / 2 / 3 months, based on the admin configuration.

User also views a list of recommended schools, which are the ones that have not been visited in the past 1 / 2 / 3 months, based on the admin configuration

User can also sort / filter the schools according to district, block, last visited etc.

User chooses a particular school from the list which is to be visited. The detailed page of the school appears

User clicks on 'Start Visit' to start the questionnaire for the particular school

User chooses the teacher, class and subject to be observed in the school and then fills the questionnaire based on observations

Post submission of the questionnaire, the user gets a confirmation and an option to start another visit followed by the same flow
As a user (mentor / monitor), I choose to view the summary statistics and get data points like total target, target met, target remaining, average duration of a visit etc.

User logs in to the mentor application and sees the home page, which has the summary statistics for total target, target met, target remaining, average duration of a visit etc.

The statistics get updated on a real-time basis as and when a visit is completed by the user
As a user (mentor / monitor), I can select a particular visit made in the past (school & date) and view the questionnaire and the responses that were filled in the same.

The user scrolls down on the school detail page and goes to 'Past Visit Details' where there is a list of allocated teachers to the mentor whose visits have been done in the past

User chooses the teacher for whom the past visit details need to be shown

User sees the questionnaire & its responses for the teacher selected. User can also go to previous dates to see the data for other visits for the same teacher
