1. Taking Student Assessments

Here, the teacher would give his / her device to a student in order to take spot assessments on set competencies (some learning outcomes that teacher can choose to test the child on)

  • Select Student & Grade / Competencies: As a teacher, I select a class, grade, subject, competencies, type of assessment (oral / written) and the student who I wish to test so that I can take the assessment of the student

  • Take Assessment: As a teacher, I give the device to the student where he / she takes assessment on a set of questions based on the grade, subject, competencies and type of assessment selected so that the data can be captured

  • View Student Performance: As a teacher, I can view the student performance post a spot assessment has been completed so that I can analyse the student's knowledge & learning

  • View Class Performance: As a teacher, I can view the overall performance of my entire class post spot assessments so that I can analyze the performance of all students in terms of learning to make decisions

2. Updating records for State-Driven Assessments

Here, the teacher would get an assessment template (eg: 10 questions in a final examination) in which the teacher will have to fill marks of each student and submit the same to the state.

  • Add Records: As a teacher, I add student-wise scores according to a set template by the state so that I can record the performance of my students in a particular assessment

  • View Class Performance: As a teacher, I can view the overall performance of my entire class post submission of scores of state assessments so that I can analyze the performance of all students in terms of learning to make decisions

3. Sending triggers / updates regarding assessment performance

  • Trigger Assessment Notifications: As a teacher, I can send messages to parents regarding student performance so that I can communicate with the parents regarding their child’s learning levels.
