Overview of Use Cases (enabled as of now) (My Learning)

1. Viewing Training Courses & Videos

The vision of the 'Viewing Training Courses & Videos' feature is to enable entities (teacher/mentor/monitor) in the education ecosystem to view a list of training courses and videos, filterable according to different tags and sources to enhance their learning.

Features in this version:

• View Training Courses: As a user (teacher / mentor / monitor), I view a list of ongoing, assigned and completed courses. I can click on the course list, sort it based on some filters and begin one of the courses. I can also like, comment and share the course.

• View Training Videos: As a user (teacher / mentor / monitor), I can also explore and access different videos from the sources and sort them based on the filters. I can also like, comment and share the video.

2. Viewing Training Record

As a teacher / mentor / monitor, I view a record of completed & remaining training courses so that I am aware of what’s left and can plan them accordingly. With this feature, the admin can set a due date for the selected courses and assign them to different users based on the requirements. I can also view my course progress on the course screen.
