A questionnaire can be created in order to take feedback from the users either personally during field visits or on the application once they have completed a flow of using the module.

A. Student Attendance

1. User Feedback & Satisfaction

  • On a scale of 1 to 4, how would you rate your overall experience of marking student attendance?
  • On a scale of 1 to 4, how much do you think that a training session is required to explain the usage of student attendance feature?
  • On a scale of 1 to 4, how strongly do you feel that marking student attendance through the application saved your time in the classroom, compared to taking it manually in the attendance register?
  • Please share any specific feedback that you have on marking student attendance.
  • On a scale of 1 to 4, how strongly do you feel that viewing student attendance reports helped you get an idea about the overall attendance in the classroom?
  • Please share any specific feedback that you have on viewing reports on student attendance.
  • On a scale of 1 to 4, how strongly do you feel that sending messages to parents for their ward’s absenteeism would make them attend school more regularly?
  • Please share any specific feedback that you have on sending messages to parents on student attendance.
