List of Admin Configurations (enabled as of now) (Attendance)

Following is a list of admin configurations that have been enabled as part of the attendance module. There is an admin console for the state / school admins in order to own & manage these configurations:

A. Attendance of other entities (Student Attendance)

  • Configuring default & other states for marking attendance
  • Configuring order of attendance cards on screen
  • Configuring the submission time of attendance
  • Enabling if marking all students at once is allowed
  • Configuring a limit till which previous attendance is visible through date picker
  • Configuring days in the week when attendance is to be marked
  • Enabling / Disabling various reports visible to the user
  • Enable / Disable available channels of communication for attendance-related notifications
  • Permitting roles that can send attendance-related notifications
  • Sending attendance-related notifications to a selected audience through set templates

B. Attendance of self (Self / Staff Attendance)

  • Can enable / disable if location needs to be captured
  • Can enable / disable if image needs to be captured
  • Can add / edit / delete the types of states available for the teacher to mark attendance
  • Can add / edit / delete the types of special duties
  • Can configure the time at which the attendance is to be submitted
  • Can configure the visibility of the reports to different users
