List of Admin Configurations (enabled as of now) (Assessments)

Following is a list of admin configurations that have been enabled as part of the notifications module. There is an admin console for the state / school admins in order to own & manage these configurations:

• Can choose which filters are applicable for questions in a spot assessment
• Can configure the sources of questions for spot assessment
• Can set the limit of number of questions to a spot assessment
• Can configure the data points for spot assessment report
• Can enable / disable downloading & sharing of spot assessment report
• Can enable / disable sending notifications regarding spot assessment
• Can configure the event triggers for user-triggered notifications for spot assessment
• Can configure the types of communication services (eg: SMS / WhatsApp / Telegram) available for triggering notifications
• Can configure the template for the notification for spot assessments
• Can configure the state assessments (add / delete, enable / disable & include due date) and set maximum marks for the same
• Can map the state assessments to a particular grade & subject
• Can set the level at which marks have to be taken in a state assessment and maximum number for the same
• Can set the type of data in which marks have to be taken in a state assessment and the range & maximum value for the same
• Can configure the data points for state assessment report
