Overview of Use Cases (to be enabled later) (Visits)
Following use cases will be developed in the next version (v2) of the Shiksha Visits Module:
1. View Recommended Feedback: As a user (mentor / monitor), I view some logic-based recommendations for feedback for school / teacher based on the answers filled in the questionnaire.
2. Update Action Items: As a user (mentor / monitor), I update some feedback and action items for the school or teacher that I have just observed. I can either choose from the suggestions / recommendations that appeared in the application or include some of my own.
3. Manage Progress: As a user (mentor / monitor), I can update progress on the action items that were mentioned for the school / teacher in the previous visits. The progress could either be ‘Done’, ‘In Progress’ or ‘Not Done’.
