What does this indicator measure?

Definition: The rate of justice establishment measures the physical presence of offices related to the administration and enforcement of the law. The two main branches that should be included are the justice system (number of courts) and the prosecutor's office presence. This is another indicator that makes it possible to measure access to justice since it is important to have nearby justice establishments to obtain the services required in case of violence or other extreme situations.
