AD40xx Platform Build the Example Design

The DataStorm DAQ can support both BareMetal (no-OS) or Linux software applications. To build for either of these chose the appropriate flow listed below. The first two steps are common to both flows. Chose either step 3 OR step 4 (Linux or no-OS) for rest of the build.
